We start with the highest grade of locally sourced rough-cut lumber, transforming it into a beautiful and functional piece for your home. With years of experience and technique in the process of constructing quality hardwood products, we use consistent, detailed and repeatable steps to make our end products into the craftsman pieces they are today.
Customization
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be repeated, that's what makes so much of what we do unique! For custom projects, we will try our best to create exactly what you are looking for.
We offer laser engraving and CNC carving for an additional charge. We will work with you to develop a design proof prior to production. Engraving charges for most custom orders range from $10-$20.
Processing and Shipping
Orders in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders, depending on the level of effort required, typically ship within 3-5 weeks. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date prior to finalizing your custom order.
Warranty and Returns
Purchases from BookMatch Studios are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty coverage is applicable against manufacture defects and workmanship. If a product is found defective, BookMatch Studios will either repair or replace the item on behalf of the customer.
Not covered under this warranty:
- Damage from intentional or accidental means, abuse, alteration or use of a product for purposes other than it was intended
- Normal wear and tear
- Splitting, checking or cracking due to inadequate care and conditioning (For cutting boards, charcuterie and serving trays, care instructions are provided)
- For cutting boards, charcuterie and serving trays, damage due to putting the product into the dishwasher (Please don’t ever do this!)
- Damage due to exposure to extreme heat, cold or open flame
- Warping or cracking due to storing of your wood product in an excessively damp or humid environment
Please note in the event warranty service is required, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
